1. Custom Order Policy

  • All customized orders must include complete details (size, color, text, quantity, etc.). Incomplete information may delay order processing.
  • Once your customization details are finalized, you will receive a pricing estimate.
  • Production of custom orders will begin only after full payment has been received.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, no cancellations are accepted. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your request.

2. Shipping Policy

  • We ship to Lebanon, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Lagos, Congo, and Abidjan.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on location and order size.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and quantity.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Lebanon.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • There are no cancellations once the order is placed and confirmed. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.

5. Payment Policy

  • Payments must be made in full before production begins, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in Lebanon.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all details (size, color, text) are accurate before submitting your custom order.
  • Any delays in providing necessary information (e.g., design approval) may lead to delays in production and shipping.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected is solely to process your order and will not be shared with third parties.
